A will is a legal document that says WHO gets what you have. Anshin is a practical tool that tells your family WHERE to find everything. Even with a will, your family might not know where things are, which policies exist, or who to contact. Anshin fills that gap. We recommend using Anshin alongside planning for your family, not as a replacement.

Yes! Your data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Each user has their own encryption key. In simple terms, even we cannot read what you store. The people you trust can only access it after our verification process confirms something has happened to you.

Add details your family would need to find: where things are, who to contact, what to look for. The more complete your directions, the easier it will be for your family.

Never add passwords, PINs, or login credentials. Anshin stores directions, not keys. We help your family know WHERE to look, but accessing accounts should go through proper legal channels. Also don't store anything illegal or other people's private information without their consent.

Yes! You have full control. You can edit any entry anytime. Just tap on it and make changes. You can also delete entries you no longer need. Deleted entries are permanently removed within 30 days.

Choose people you genuinely trust with what matters - typically a spouse, adult children, siblings, or close friends. They should be people who would help your family in difficult times. Make sure they're responsible and can be reached reliably.

No. The people you trust cannot see any of your stored information until they go through our unlock process, which requires either a death certificate or medical documentation proving incapacity. They'll know you trust them, but they won't see what you've stored.

You can remove someone you trust anytime from the app. Just go to your list of people you trust, tap on the person you want to remove, and select 'Remove'. They'll be notified that they no longer have access.

The person you trust verifies themselves through multiple steps. We notify you and include a waiting period. If you're alive, you can reject the request. They upload a death certificate, our team manually verifies it, and if confirmed, they get time-limited access to your stored information.

The person you trust initiates an incapacity request. They immediately see only Health Insurance and Term Insurance entries (for medical decisions). Access lasts 48 hours and then expires automatically. This way, they can help with urgent medical needs without seeing everything you've stored.

We have safeguards! When an unlock request is made: (1) You're immediately notified via SMS, email, and push notification. (2) There's a waiting period before any access is granted. (3) During this time, you can reject the request from the app. (4) All requests require document verification by our team. Making false claims violates our terms and may result in legal action.

Free plan: Up to 3 entries and 1 person you trust. Premium plan: Unlimited entries and unlimited people you trust for ₹1,799/year. Both plans include all core features like encryption, the unlock process, and our verification system.

Open the app and tap on 'Upgrade to Premium' in your profile or when you try to add more than 3 entries. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will auto-renew annually unless you cancel.

You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll move to the free plan. All your data stays safe. You just won't be able to add new entries beyond the free limit (3 entries, 1 person you trust) until you renew.

Your data is stored securely in the cloud, not just on your phone. Get a new phone, download Anshin, and log in with your phone number. You'll need to verify with an OTP sent to your registered number. If you've changed numbers, contact [email protected] for help.

Yes! Anshin is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both versions have the same features and your data syncs across devices.

Currently, Anshin is mobile-only. We designed it this way because your phone provides better security through biometrics (fingerprint/face) and is always with you. A web version may come in the future.
