No. The people you trust cannot see any of your stored information until they go through our verification process. They know you trust them, but they cannot see what you have stored. Access is only granted after proper documentation and manual review by our team.
We have multiple safeguards. You are immediately notified via SMS, email, and push notification when any request is made. There is a waiting period before access is granted, during which you can reject the request from the app. All requests also require document verification and manual review by our team. If you block the request, that person is permanently removed as your trusted contact. They cannot access your account again unless you choose to re-add them. Making false claims violates our terms and may result in legal action.
Yes. Your data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Each user has their own encryption key. In simple terms, even our team cannot read what you store. We store directions, not passwords or credentials.

On the free plan, you can add 1 person you trust. With Premium, you can add unlimited people you trust. Each person goes through the same invitation and confirmation process, and each must verify themselves independently.
